James Loomis M.D and Caryn Dugan


James F. Loomis Jr., MD, MBA, received his medical degree from the University of Arkansas, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and graduated with honors. He subsequently completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, Mo. In addition, Dr. Loomis received an MBA from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis. He is board certified in internal medicine, has completed the certification program in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University, and is a Diplomat of the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine.

Caryn Dugan is a Certified Wellcoach®, and expert facilitator of mindset and behavior change that generates sustainable healthy lifestyles, which prevent or treat disease, and foster well-being and thriving.  She has learned how to impact some of the toughest challenges of our times and teaches classes focusing on epidemics of obesity, diabetes, sedentary lifestyles, poor nutrition, chronic stress, distracted minds, and ever-rising healthcare costs. Caryn Dugan Studied directly under the leadership of Dr. Neal Barnard and earned her Food For Life certification through the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) in Washington, DC.
