Nichole Dandrea-Russert, MS, RDN, is a registered dietitian nutritionist, author, and plant-based nutrition educator with more than 30 years of experience in clinical nutrition and public health. She is the author of The Fiber Effect: Stop Counting Calories and Start Counting Fiber for Better Health and The Vegan Athlete’s Nutrition Handbook: The Essential Guide for Plant-Based Performance, and co-author of Real Superfoods and Powered by Plants.

For nearly three decades, Nichole has helped women understand how food, movement, and mindfulness work together to support metabolic, hormonal, and emotional well-being. Her work focuses on a fiber-first, whole food plant-based approach that connects nutrition science with everyday life — helping individuals link food with mood, sleep quality, energy levels, and long-term disease prevention.

Rather than promoting perfection or restriction, Nichole emphasizes sustainable, evidence-based shifts that support resilience and vitality across the lifespan. Her approach integrates dietary fiber, plant diversity, and supportive lifestyle practices to create practical, systems-oriented strategies for improving health outcomes.
