Jennifer Moore MS, RDN, CSR, LDN
Jennifer’s history includes care for pre-end-stage patients, delaying dialysis, and end-stage renal disease patients on all forms of dialysis. She has shared her knowledge by publishing numerous articles for the Journal of Renal Nutrition, Renal Nutrition Forum, and her book, Plantfed Kidneys. She has taught and spoken at the national meetings of the American Association of Kidney Patients, the National Kidney Foundation, and Council on Renal Nutrition groups nationwide. In 2020, she was awarded the Medal of Excellence, Dietitian category by the American Association of Kidney Patients. Jennifer earned a nutrition degree from Mississippi State University and interned at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She continued her educational pursuit by attaining a Master’s degree in Nutrition from Central Michigan University. Jennifer is a Certified Specialist in Renal Nutrition through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and a Certified Plant-Based Dietitian through Cornell University. She is the wife of a 20-year veteran of the United States Air Force and the mother of four exceptional children.
