Caroline Blazovsky is an environmental consultant, entrepreneur, media personality, and spokesperson recognized for her expertise in residential health and safety particularly healthy homes. She is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of My Healthy Home®, a national company specializing in indoor air quality testing, environmental assessments, and healthy home products. Widely known as “America’s Healthy Home Expert®,” Blazovsky has worked with both high-profile clients and the public, promoting evidence-based approaches to creating healthier living environments through media appearances, public education, and professional consulting.

Blazovsky began her career in the late 1990s by investigating residential mold issues and exploring the relationship between home environments and human health. In 2003, she established My Healthy Home®, offering services such as mold and mycotoxin testing, volatile organic compound analysis, and allergen detection. Her early initiatives included developing at-home testing kits, such as the Examinair® and Predict, to empower physicians and homeowners to identify contaminants and improve indoor environments.

Over the course of more than two decades, Blazovsky has conducted over 30,000 home investigations. She is a certified New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor and holds multiple professional certifications, including Certified Mold Remediator (CMR), Indoor Environmentalist (CIE), Environmental Allergen Consultant (CEAC), and a National Environmental Health Association Healthy Homes Specialist (HHS). Her company, My Healthy Home®

is a verified green business through Green America, was a finalist for NJBIZ Business of the Year in 2020, and she was named one of New Jersey’s Top 25 Leading Women Entrepreneurs the same year. Blazovsky is featured regularly in publications such as Forbes, SiriusXM, Fine Home Building Magazine, Shape, Yahoo and Good Housekeeping, among others and has appeared on national television, radio, and podcasts. She is also a published contributor to home and wellness literature.

Based in Whitehouse Station, New Jersey, Blazovsky continues to lead My Healthy Home® while serving on the board of the American Council for Accredited Certification and participating in the Indoor Air Quality Association. She has played a significant role in raising awareness about indoor environmental factors, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, when her expertise was sought for guidance on virus transmission in home settings. Her ongoing work involves collaboration with physicians, building professionals, and homeowners to improve wellness through environmental health strategies.

Blazovsky attended Muhlenberg College, earning degrees in philosophy and political science, and later obtained a graduate degree in sustainable design from Boston Architectural College. She also pursues studies in public health at the University of Southern California’s Keck School of Medicine.
